Cooling-off requests
Contact support within 14 days of a first purchase. Where consumer law applies, we will honor the stronger statutory right.
Renewals
Renewal charges are normally non-refundable after the new billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, service failure, or rights required by law.
Abuse enforcement
Suspension or termination for prohibited use does not create a right to a refund.
